Explain project management experience?
I received an email with a take-home assessment. The email stated that the assignment will be submitted within 48 hrs of the email received and asked the results to be sent within 2-3 days. The result never comes till 14 days pass. They don't care about giving the feedback until multiple follow up and when I followed up multiple times and they have multiple excuses. It seems like the services-based company interview process for me, is not a start-up. Seems like all the values and discussion happened at the initial stage went into the box after seeing their interview process.
Why are you interested in changing jobs? Why are you interested in that specific position/company? + a technical test of data management.
