Can you summarize your work experience for me?
They asked about my goal would be for the future if I got the job at LEGO (Which I think were a good question)
Your previous experience, what makes you fit for this role, challenges within previous jobs, reason for leaving the actual employer, why do you want to work for them, some background checks and situations and how to manage them, technical and soft questions etc.
What I would hate and love in my work environment, how I would handle conflicts with colleagues, sudden task reprioritization and leaving work unfinished to focus on something with emerging high priority. I was asked about the capacity and ability to crunch numbers on a daily basis which was relevant to my position. The question focus was not technically heavy.
Tell me something about yourself? Why MBA After engineering? Why Finance? Why have taken operations as your second specialization?
