They were really curious on interaction with co workers and people in general. Example question: How do you handle situations when there is tension between you and a peer?
They asked questions regarding initiative and leadership. Particularly, any experience managing others.
It was more of verification of credentials. Questions were asked in a phone call by the manager at the location where I was being assigned. All related to my prior experience in Credentialing.
One pertinent question asked was: "how do you deal with crazy?"
