How much do you know about Collective Health?
He asked me for an example to some conflict and how I resolved it. I said he had already asked me a similar question and asked if I could use the same situation to respond, or would he rather have me tell him of another situation? He said either one would be fine. I responded with the first situation with greater detail. The first interviewer said that he would not hire me because I had given the "wrong example."
What's so special about you?
Silly situational questions not relevant to an attorney. I was asked "tell me a time you have faced conflict and how did you resolve it".
Why do you want to move to an in-house role?

Most difficult question was if I would accept such a low salary- was told that numerous other candidates simply stopped interviewing once they heard the number. No real ability to negotiate- apologized that this was all they could offer.
They ask about your background, experience, knowledge in the industry. Also challenges, there could be some theorical and/ or practical questions.
