Questions were mostly around the work done on aws services in past. Were not much in detail
2 interviewer asked very basic questions reading from a list, most of the questions were testing more my memory than my actual skills: I work mostly on IaC or bash, but the first interview went through a list of "what is" questions. The second interviewer had quite a bad attitude, as if any answer was wrong.

Very Bad Experience and Non Standard
The discussion areas and questions in focus (specifically in the final Interview by the person in charge from Italy) had no substantial specifics but were rather Generic statements and hypothetical wonderings. Questions of the Candidate on company setup and Plans/Strategy for the Thessaloniki Department were transformed into questions ... for the Candidate to answer. Matters of the project/Department being COLLECTIVE WORK and Decisions to be made by many people were turned into ... things for the Candidate to answer alone. Eventually direct negativity against the Candidate was obvious, as if they were NOT actually looking for an Experienced Person to start with.
For the Technical round , question was 1. Questions related to Email Studio : Difference between list and Data extension. 2. What is Profile Management and Preference Management 3. Difference between Publication list and exclusion list 4. Dynamic Email Creation 5. Difference between User initiated Emails and Triggered Email 6. What is A/B testing and tracking etc For Managerial Technical round, question was 1. Use of Integration and use cases of it 2. How MC connect work 3. Asked about some Ampscript functions. 4. Customer Journey activity creation. 5. Reporting of campaign and Opt-in and Opt-out mechanisms
