What are your goals? Are you willing to take an entry level position instead of management since the company only promotes internally? What would prevent you from being successful at this job? I can't remember how it was worded, but in the first round interview, I was asked something along the lines of, "What do you *not* want to do?" Or "What is something that would make you *not* want to accept this position?"
