I was given a sheet of paper with food information on it and had 10 minutes to prepare how to sell a food product; choose to reason why you are selling the product, all the positives ,when it can be used and by whom, plus sell add on items that are in season or relating to a meal. I then had a few minutes to sell the item to the Cafe Manager interviewing me.
