In The interview with the talent acquisition team the communication skills , personality along with the work experience related questions and personal questions were asked and the 2 interviews with the Dutch personnel were the technical one related to my work and work experience the types of projects I have worked on and the software I am aware of and also some of the personal questions. At last the online test is of two segment one is sort of SRT ( situation reaction test) and the other is a cultural test having questions to judge whether you are fit for the work culture of the Dutch.
