They asked about my experience, and then asked questions related to BI in terms of whether I had managed a team, analysis, development and testing. It was nothing related technically.

Ex: he has missed 3 of his scheduled interview slots, not even said sorry or even responded to the recruiter or me for he follow up. Doesn't respect the candidate's time even in the onsite interview.
