"Your manager has assigned you to collaborate with another team for the next few weeks as they need support on a piece of work focused on improving internal communications. As you start work you realise the new team uses different processes compared to your usual team and you're finding them difficult to follow. You mention this to one of your new team members, who explains to you that their processes are more effective for this type of project. They show you examples of previous similar pieces of work that you can review to familiarise yourself with the new processes, but you think you could complete your work quicker by using your usual approach."
