Who was the best and worst boss?

There was a fermi problem, a few "talk about a situation when..." and then the usual resume scroll.
Where do you see yourself in the future?
Two manager level gentlemen asked some typical behavioral type questions and questions about my resume. Director and principal was more conversational, talked about the type of work I was interested in and they talked to me about what they were building. I might have asked more questions than they did.
