Why you want to work for Virgin Media as a Field technician. Name as experience you've had where you've had to deal with a difficult and upset customer. Name a time you've had to prioritise and approach a work load strategically. Scenario (Which is a general situation within the role) - You're late to a customer's house because of earlier jobs have ran over time plus you have been stuck in heavy traffic. You eventually arrive at your customer's house where they are upset because your lateness has made them miss an appointment. The house is in a bit of a mess and the house is also occupied by children. How do you approach this whole situation. P.s. When answering questions answer them as 'I' not "we"
