XPO Sales Representative interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager and then a second interview where I job shadowed the other Sales Reps. After accepting the job I had to take a drug test at a facility.

It was a phone interview where the interviewer actively tried to upset me. He asked things like, "Did you get your bachelor's degree from an online school?" Also, in response to a sales pitch scenario, where I could sell whatever I chose, he disregarded my choice altogether and was just confrontational for the sake of being so.
