Several Conversations:
1) Initial phone screen with HR
2) Video conversation with Hiring Manager
3) 2 video conversations with Team Members
4) Video conversation with Program Director
Everyone was extremely responsive and everything moved very fast. All conversations happened over a period of about 7 work days and each response offered positive feedback before scheduling the next conversation.
However, after the final discussion I was ghosted. I reached out 2 weeks later knowing I didn't get the role, but wanted to see if there was general feedback. I was given a canned response of "Thanks for your interest, but we won't be moving forward...." The radio silence was a big let down after such a positive experience to that point.
