XPO Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online via the XPO website. Got a call from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. Had an in person interview. This processed took less than a week. The interview process was very quick. XPO does not negotiate salary (per the hiring manager) so if you are someone like myself that has almost 10 years in the industry you will be getting paid the same as an entry level employee. This unfortunately caused me to have to decline the offer.

Very simple questions that were standard to any call center interview. The process for the questions were not difficult as long as you have experience. The hours were different but still not bad for the position.
