Easy interview a lot of questions about past work experience. The interviewe is about the company overview and the processes this should be easy to get this job. I did not get the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at XPO
Interview
Very laid back. Hiring manager at the time was very personable and friendly. After initial application, he and I played phone tag until we were finally able to connect. Once I came in, had the standard 20-30 minute interview regarding work history and why I was wanting to leave my current position.

Interview
Terminal Mgr did interview. Matter of fact, just a formality. Seemed interested more in filling a position than anything.
NOTE: XPO compared to Conway said ALL interviews will be done by an FOS (Dispatcher), not Terminal Manager. This isn't a good idea; Upper mgnmnt should be 100% involved. Never worked for a Transportation company where a non-manager was in charge of interviews and hiring. Yet another change of how XPO wants to do things. Terminal Manager doesn't do much in my view now.

Just reviewed DL and Medical mostly to make sure all OK. Explained a bit about hours and how line-haul runs might be required even by "city drivers" depending on need. Gave me paperwork to give to Dr for company medical.
