Interview
Applied online and received a call to interview a couple of days later. Interviewer was apparently new to the job (first told me 2 months, then later it was 2 years) and had NO IDEA what they were doing. Asked potentially discriminatory questions related to age and family status, and told me the benefits package was "whack". Told me skeleton benefits start after 90 days but "aren't very good", and then bragged that as a manager his full benefits started day 1. Let me know that XPO promotes from within, and proceeded to disclose that a current employee was up for promotion and they were going to post a job hire but the employee "has it in the bag". Finally, interviewer told me they had interviews lined up for the position every half hour for the entire day. When I asked when they planned to start the new hire, I was told "I want to make a decision today". Dear XPO, please provide your managers with some training or have someone in HR conduct the interviews. I'm sure an HR manager somewhere is cringing right now to hear that I was asked how old I am and whether I have or plan on having kids.

Interview
Very easy. Laid back. Questions about scenarios that you have been in previous jobs. One question was how to deal with a coworker that you don't get along with. And how did you handle before.
