Wipro Software Engineer interview questions

They would call you for interview evne after knowing that they can't afford you, i guess just to increase the headcount. They asked me my expectation and then got selected for interview and in HR round only they gave a feeler that their budget might even be lower than my current salary but they went ahead and asked me to complete the employment form(CAM) and other formalities and after a week or two, on my follow up they told me that because of salary reason they are rejecting me.

Interview is totally informal. Only two questions were asked and rest was about where you live, where you are from etc . I am from Jammu so i told him where i lived , how jammu is different from Kashmir . What are the other skills u]you wish to acquire etc
