I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weatherford
Interview
Met at a College Career Fair and submitted my resume. There was phone screening about two weeks later and heard nothing from the recruiters for about a month. Then I received an email discussing my selection for a person-to-person interview with Managers and Associated Management at the District Office. Following the meeting I was hired and a drug test was set up. I started a month after this interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Weatherford (Houston, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The first interview was conducted via video call; the second was an in-person assessment with other candidates looking for employment. You'll be assessed for the duration of the conference, where the assessors will be watching how you interact with others, what kind of questions you ask, how you articulate ideas, and your interpersonal tact. You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet and talk directly with current engineers in the Nextgen program, talent acquisition managers, and potentially some of the organization's leaders. In addition, you will be provided with plenty of information about Weatherford, its product lines, and its mission.
