Horrible interview. The interviewer was only interested to know why I wanted to leave my current job. I gave her a valid reason (nothing wrong with the company) but she kept insisting on this question and suggesting that I stay at my current company. Very weird approach if you actually want to attract talent. They also called me to discuss the feedback and inform me that they're no longer interested in my application on a bank holiday, which was weird.
