They had me waiting awhile before the interview began. Guy after 20 minutes shows up and decides to give me a tour of the produce area. After looking at my application and schedule (for the first time??) he decides I'm not fit for produce and I should try cashiering. So we head back to where we first started. I wait another twenty minutes for a different manager where we then looks at my app and schedule and states that they're currently looking for people who can work every weekend. So he declines but I'm allowed to call back if my schedule changes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Newburgh, IN) in Feb 2016

Interview
Was contacted one week after applying-interview involved loss prevention and transactions plus prior work experience. Prior work experience was simple- I had worked in retail/large superstore before and discussed organization and leadership in my last position.
