Interview
The interview process was lengthy and difficult. The expectations were not clear and the recruiting agency was not organized. I spoke to multiple recruiters and they all asked the same questions.
Mostly behaviour based. Two to Theee interviews maximum depending on the team. At first the recruiter will connect with you on why you are interested for the role and why the specific location. After which your first round interview would be scheduled

Tell me about a time you had to overcome a challenge and how did you deal with it?
Okay interview, didn’t think pay was that great so I decided not to go with it. Not great work culture or corporate environment. Don’t treat their employees well but everyone has different experiences.
