Lengthy procedure with 4 rounds which might last for over a month. But the HR was responsive throughout the procedure, however salary negotiations could have been fairer in terms of position and pay parity.Extensive medical examination after interview clearance.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Viatris (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2024
Interview
HR Screening (15 mins) and then interview with two managers on regulatory affairs team (30mins).
HR screening was basic STAR questions, details about background, experience etc.
Interview was just experience based (which I admittedly lack in the area of regulatory affairs as I have a chemistry background) but interviewers didn't ask me any technical questions which I had prepared for. They seemed from the outset uninterested. What is most disappointing is that after the interview I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. Workday says the application is in review. I emailed Viatris HR asking for information as to whether the job was filled (even though i had resigned myself to having not gotten the job) and 5 weeks later still no word from HR regarding the job.
The sheer audacity is astounding and ruins any prospect of me ever wanting to work for this company in the future. Why work for a company that is so rude and invites time wasting?
The process was smooth with quick feedbacks and response from the Panel. The interview was well organized and the panel was really co-operative while the session is going on. The questions were not very direct though, but the interviewer was very patient to repeat the questions.
