The interview process is divided in 4 stages
1. Aptitude test
It has further sub-sections:
Data Interpretation, Quants and Technical
Its an extremely easy aptitude test if you are thorough with basic maths and programming skills.
2. Technical test
Two programs and their respective flowcharts are to be submitted. One is a logic based program and the other is a string manipulation program. Any lang (C,C++,Java) can be used.
3. Technical interview
Expect various questions of basic engg concepts from networking to programming. Elaborate description of your BE project, logic development skills and problem solving skills are tested.
4. Once you clear all the above rounds you are pretty much selected and called for HR interview where its their turn to explain the culture and your responsibilities.
A huge con is an extremely low salary(1.8 LPA) and the expectation of working day and nights shifts.
