It is quite simple they only Focus on communication skills. And you need to have basic knowledge of programming. Knowledge of data structures is advantage. If your communication is proper then you will get job without any problem.

First round was aptitude which had analytics based questions and logical reasoning questions. second round was GD which was based on a current topic third round was one on one interview where questions related to my resume were asked.
