First an online assessment, then an online interview. The online assessment was more or less leetcode questions, whereas the interview consisted of OOP questions. I did fine on the OA, but was not well prepared for the interview.

Question 1
(Behavioral) How many members were on your team, and what types of meetings did you have at your previous company

Interview
The recruiter should be more engaged in the interview process and offer support to candidates by answering questions or providing relevant information. From my experience, the recruiter did not follow the standard procedure. Specifically, there was supposed to be a call before the onsite interview, but instead, I only received PDF files and a link to schedule the call right before the interview and thus cannot make it, which left me a bit confused as I began my onsite. After the onsite finished, I received no feedback and was eventually rejected.
