Uber Operations Manager interview questions

There were long breaks in between emails from the recruiter. Even though I specified that I was undergoing another recruitment process and asked them to speed up a bit, they only replied when it was convenient for them. In the end I accepted the offer I received from another company and cancelled the remainder of my interviews.

4 interviews, the last 1 in panel and business case based. Questions around problem solving using data and inference, also solutions based on a customer centric approach. There is also an initial technical test depending on the area that you are applying. Overall a good experience, people on the interviews always focus on the process and taking notes.
