Overall 4 steps. The first step was an Online test. After that in the second step usually an interview with the hiring manager. The third Step is a Bar raiser and finally in the fourth step a presentation on their current business problem. This many a times is an in-person presentation and the case is provided few hours before at the office.

Interview
First I had a phone interview with the HR. They later sent me a test an analytic one. After one week I had a Skype interview with someone doing the same role. Then after 2 week another Skype interview with a senior person that you will report to.
