UPS Warehouse Operative interview questions

The hiring process included a job view where a group were shown around the facility and then sat down in a classroom to learn the basics of the company and job. This was followed by an interview with 3 other candidates, there was very little communication in the interview it was simply filling out a few forms, handing over documents and then leaving,

Short interview just filling forms followed by a job view being showed around the warehouse. There was no one to one conversation at any point so I do not know how they decide who to hire as they don’t have anything to go from regarding what you are like as a person or how well you work
