I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trissential (Waukesha, WI) in Mar 2015

Interview

Phone interview followed by two one on one interviews. Very average general questions on skills and previous employment. One person focused on personal relations with customers and co workers while one focused on details of my skills. I was asked to list my weaknesses as well as my strengths.

Why do you want to do consulting, what was my skills and strengths. In addition they asked for me to provide very detailed description of my recent projects. They focused on difficult coworkers or managers and how I handled different conflict.

Interview

Interview was by phone with the Talent Acquisition representative who had reviewed the submitted resume for the position applied for. The interview consisted of clarifying questions related to some key experiences on the resume. After the interview, the representative was going to get back to me within a week for next steps but I was never able to connect with him.
