The interview lasted for 30 minutes. It started with a presentation from both sides, followed by several questions. Although many were for a data scientist role, I was more focused on the engineering part, discussing various technical challenges and solutions I had worked on.

I had a first interview with the Director of HR. The process, in my opinion, is flawed. He had a question about a real example of conflict that I had with one of my colleagues. I have a 3 year experience and I've never had a conflict with someone, so my answer was I can't remember any conflict. The process and the questions are flawed because: 1/ It's normal if we don't have an example, especially when we don't have a big experience. 2/ The agency that sent my resume to Total gave me some of the questions that the recruiter may ask, and he asked some of them. In the near future, candidates will come with answers prewritten. You will recruit actors and scenarists instead of collaborators. 3/ We are not looking for psychological help but for a job. Please consider changing your questions and the process of recruiting. The questions will be known to candidates through the agencies, and those without an agency will be caught in the trap because they hadn't the chance to prepare a storyline for all questions before the interview.
