The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Singapour)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter. Call lasted half an hour. The recruiter seems determined to try to find evidence to disqualify and ignore everything else as if there is a checklist for disqualifications. Asking questions which answers were clearly written in resume and cover letter. Overall I believe the recruiter is not genuinely trying to communicate.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Sydney)
Interview
Great experience. Started with a take home 48 hour code challenge. After passing, had a 2 on 1 interview for an hour discussing the solution, nothing too technical.
Then called back for a culture interview which was an unstructured 1 hour chat about anything and everything to see if the company is a fit.
2 more interviews about consulting and then the GM.
All in all a good experience and not stressful at all. Left with a good idea of whether I would like to join.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Coimbatore)
Interview
Interview process was interesting. It had in total 8 rounds. The interviewers were friendly. The rounds were coding , designing , aptitude testing , technical interview, aptitude testing, technical interview, ethics testing, HR. But I have heard the interview process currently has changed.
