Thoughtworks Software Developer interview questions

did an phone interview with the recruiter and then was immediately given an rejection the same day. I guess i wasnt qualified but i was curious why i was given a phone screening at all if that was the case

1st round was pair programming-you would have to solve end to end user story .pair programmer was really helpful. 2 nd round was technical with application and sql oriented questions Last was managerial and HR ,pretty easy if you’ve made it this far
