It was a pool campus from my college n i had to clear the apti round first. they have there own set of 12 question n no options u must answer all. No idea about hw selection happens. Once u r selected u wil get a call within 2-3 weeks. U must go to thoghtworks office n giv the 2nd round thats a typing round. they check the execution n flexiblity of the code. If u clear this u wil b applicable for technical rpund n at last hr.

Question 1
I could not clear the 2nd round. as u wil be given 2 questions u can choose one among thm n write a suitable n flexible code at the point.
The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Singapour) in May 2026

friendly but efficiency, the interview process more emphasises on your experience, thought process and understanding of whole architecture, and any improvement can be made based on the scenario / case study
