I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (New York, NY)
Interview
Went through around 3-4 "informal" interviews and then got a call back for official ones. Started off with a phone screen from the team's lead designer, then another one with HR, then an in-person one with the lead designer and finally a Skype call with the director of the team. After that I came back to do a logic test and a math/verbal test very similar to the GRE.

Question 1
What is social justice to me, how do I relate design to social justice, why am I a good fit for Thoughtworks, examples of work where I've tackled such questions.
First I sent my resume, then scheduled a videocall with HR (upfront asked what’s the salary expectation), got scheduled a video call with the leader. Seemed like an informal comfortable conversation.

Por mais que o processo de recrutamento seja longo, senti que consideraram vários aspectos meus como profissional e pessoa na admissão. Gostei de ter feito entrevistas com pessoas PCD e lideranças nesse processo.
