Initial application form, then a fairly enjoyable test on an app, followed by an interview. Then got told I was through to the final stage, then told I was rejected, then told I had to go back to the telephone interview, and then been ignored ever since
Whole day interview after online assessments. Mix of group interviews and various one-to-one interviews. There's more of a focus on general soft skills and cognitive reasoning, rather than specific commercial contracts knowledge. 1-1
