Tesla Mechanical Design Engineer interview questions

Multiple rounds! 1. Screening through email: General Questions like why Tesla? Visa Status? List down 2-3 achievements in X-Y-Z format....,etc 2. Technical Interview with hiring manager (30 minute): Questions on resume...GD&T? 3. Written ME Test: 4. Technical Presentation on a project I worked on (30 minute): Questions on presentation 5. Written ME test: Fluid mech, SOM, Moment calculations, Beams, Inertia, Stress Stain, Bernoulli's, Mass damper, thermals like conduction, convection calculations, Kinematics, RLC circuits, finding frequency response, general principles about electronic devices 6. 6 ,1:1 in technical interviews: Questions on Statics, Material properties (stress-strain curves), GD&T, Supply Chain Management situational questions, Engineering Drawing, Electrical Motor graphs.....

There were initial written questions, followed by a video interview, then a ME test, and a 2nd interview. This whole process took several weeks. It was an intense but fair interview
