I recently went through the interview process at Tesla, which consisted of two stages. The first was a typical HR screening conducted over the phone, where I was asked about my resume, past experiences, skills, and my motivation for wanting to join Tesla. The second stage was a technical interview, conducted via phone or video call, focusing on my technical skills and experience related to procurement. During this interview, I was asked about any projects I had worked on in procurement to assess my practical knowledge and expertise. Overall, the process was well-structured, aimed at evaluating both cultural fit and technical proficiency.
