Initial interview went well. But the follow up and ultimate stopping of communication was sub par. I was reaching more to them then they where to me. The answer was always the same, just no availability for next interview process.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
