Applied and called the next day, had a group training and accepted the job. The training was very long and took about three hours but after that you had no more training.

The interview was situational based. They asked how you would read to certain situations. I initially got a phone prescreen, then an over the phone interview. then was invited for an in person interview. I was job offered the same day.
