Target Fulfilment Associate interview questions

It was all online, I recorded my answers to questions. There were 3 questions, all pretty basic. It is important to speak well and annunciate to have the best possible chance at getting hired.

The interview process wasn't very personal and I felt that it doesn't give you a chance to show how well you work in person. The interview process is completely online and automated so you never actually get a chance to talk with a real person to explain yourself best. They give you a set of questions you can prepare for and record yourself answering but you only get three chances at answering them all and they review your "best" submission.
