TP Team Lead interview questions

Interview with the recruiter and after that with a team leader where you need to do interview questions and a roleplay where you will have to ''sell'' a product to the decision maker. Interview questions are not the usual questions but really based on how you would handle situations.

Usually carried out by Director, Senior Manager and they check for 4 competency- Communication , Quantitive, Resilience, Grasping power and learning power, and expertise in relevant area. They will ask about past experience and what can you bring except the BAUs.
