Initial Interview (Fish bowl), computer exam, versant, final interview. That'ts it.Just review common call center interview questions online. So you can answer the questions properly. Questions like why should we hire you, Can you tell me about yourself.What are your strengths and weaknesses.
It was quick and the HR interviewer was really nice and accomodating. We were interviewed as a group but the results were given individually right after. I was told i had the potential for it but my speech fillers and overall nervousness that made my voice shake a bit too much was not fit for the account that they were offering.
