You can apply online or walk in. If you apply online, it saves you some time. You do some basic assessments such as a typing assessment, then you interview. Once I completed my interview process, I was hired on the spot.

The questions depend on which project you are applying for. A lot of them are basic questions, and then some questions to ensure you understand it is a call center where you will be taking calls regularly in an agent position.
An English test is conducted, but no feedback is given. No update at all afterwards, but an email regarding vacancies of a totally different position is sent to me. HR is helpful in the beginning, but she did not follow up after the process.

Quit Right , there is Mcat and lingua test , HR will ask you basically questions might give you a topic to speak to check your vocab and fluency .then there will be mcat test , for amazon they take lingua test ...in which your English speaking and comprehension skills and memory gets tested
