Waited for almost 2 hrs bcs there were many applicants on the line. The recruiter was kind and she also guided me through the interview since I'm a newbie. Had to ask multiple times to repeat questions bcs she talks too fast that anyone wouldn't understand it lol haha but she did repeat it anyways, with a smile on her face.

I did it online so they first made me do an english test in a platform, then they called me over again to talk about my salary and id i could work onsite or from home. They were looking for people who are good at conversations, have good manners, speak clearly and match their costoomer service objectives.
