Question 1

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Sep 2019
Interview
The recruitment process is very positive and non toxic. It was very comfortable overall. Initial interview is also okay, but during the final interview, I've asked series of question regarding the compensation and was not given a clear answer particularly the breakdown of deductions from government mandated benefits. The final interviewers were from the production floor who were pulled out by the recruitment team so it isn't really a deal breaker. The recruitment team was also not able to clearly explain the exact figures on how the gov mandated benefits is computed, instead they showed me a printed copy of a sample net and gross income (doesn't show the breakdown figures or the computation either). After I passed the application process, they had me signed an agreement slip (not contract) and no one will orient you about the company-employee contract, they'll only walk you through with the company requirements and training schedule. The company-employee contract will be provided and explained on the 1st day of training as well as the computation for the government benefits. Overall, the recruitment process is very easy, very comfortable compared to other BPOs out there. I would say that it's newbie friendly and many newbie usually pass the application process.
