Brief introduction to job role responsibilities after working with the company for 12 years. I started out as a crew leader with management skills and worked my way up to an assistant managers position where I continue to guide the employees in the right direction of the stores operations.
It was in store promotion and interview was quite simple, just discussing some figures and improvements made within the store. What changes were made and how they impacted the store and the KPIs.

What changes you made and how those changes impacted the store.
Applied online and was contacted through an employment job board. Corresponded back and forth through the process. I declined the position before she offered it to me. I thought it was good to let her know I was withdrawing.
They wanted to know my availability and my experience. Made sure I knew how to operate a cash register. Trained me on closing and opening procedures- made the weekly schedule if I was hired and took inventory
