The interviewer met me at a different Starbucks location and had a very casual interview where he mainly answered questions I had about the position. He asked a few questions regarding my experience and how I would ensure customers have similar good experiences. Since I interviewed for a special location within another company, he also explained additional online tests required to gain access before starting work.
