Short, General questions that are in all interviews. No tour of kitchen. Didn't meet Exe. Chef until after hired. Met the Catering Supervisor, and General Manager. I had a sit down interview and with in 3 days was called for the job offer. I should have had them put it all in writing. My mistake.

Interview
Once posting for the position it is reviewed by Recruiter specialist. Once they have determined you have the qualifications it is forwarded on to the hiring manger. The hiring manager chooses qualified candidates from a pool and calls for final interview. Once they determine who is the best candidate s a job offer is extended.
