I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sodexo
Interview
Found me on campus, asked if I wanted to work part time for some spare money. I came in and filled out an application. This was before they did background checks, drug testing, or personality screening like they do now. It was much simpler then. I actually worked my first shift before I filled out an application.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was no question except how much I wanted to make and I said I wanted to make more than the on-campus positions at the school which was 6.50 at the time. They offered me one dollar more than that. I thought that sounded great so I accepted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Washington, DC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.
